This is a new little feature – a mid-week mini-blog! These will simply cover the most commonly asked questions. So, we’ll start with a situation that seems to happen quite often – those pesky missing emails!

I’ve sent you an email and I’ve had no response, what should I do?

If you have sent an email to us and it has arrived in our inbox, we will send you an automated delivery confirmation from our system. This tells you that your message has been received and that it will be responded to as soon as possible. If you do not receive this automated delivery confirmation, it may be that your message did not arrive with us. However, before you come to this conclusion, please check your spam/junk mail box. If there is no message, please try sending the email again or contacting us by telephone if you are still not sure.

How long does it take us to respond to emails?

We aim to respond to emails within a couple of days but, at busy times, such as after a bank holiday or Christmas, it may take a little longer for us to get back to you. Please also remember, we do not work at the weekends. So, if you send us an email at 4.30pm on a Friday night and have not heard anything by Monday morning, we are not ignoring you, we are working our way to you – please be patient.

Please also add us to your safe list of email addresses. We often find that people who do not do this, do not receive our messages into their inbox. And, any mail sent by us will most likely be identified as spam or junk by your system and end up, quite rightly, in the spam mail folder.
If you have an urgent query, it is always best to call us between 9am and 5pm GMT Monday to Friday on 00 44 161 819 9922.
