Useful Websites

February 24th, 2014

Hello All,

When you’re writing about things you have little personal knowledge of, it can be tricky to know how to get it right. This is where your powers of research will come into their own and the internet should be the first place you visit. I’d suggest you set up a file that lists all the websites you find useful so you can refer to them quickly time and again.

And, because we are so very kind, here’s the first one for you, Beliefnet.com. This is a great website for finding out about the huge variety of faiths there are in the world and what their followers think of them too. There are articles, fact sheets and a forum you can utilise.

If you have any ‘go-to’ websites for your research, let me know so we can pass them on to other students.
