The next day he calls his council of ministers to ask what they think of his idea. None dare oppose or else know would face his wrath and get beheaded - but all thought it was a stupid idea however no one had the guts to voice it ! Idi notices an elderly wise council member sitting with his head down and says in a loud dictatorial way - My wise peer please express your thought on my grand plan . The wise old gentle looks up and says to Idi - Your excellency , there is a country called cyprus the inhabitants are called cypriots........do you still want to change the name to idi? ....Idi Amin dropped the idea instantly... Geez hope you're laughing...
