Importance of sharing feedback

Nicola R - May 12, 2010 writes:

So, I'm at the stage of almost submitting assignment two, so in general conversation I mention to my partner that I must remember to double check the comments that I received on my first assignment to avoid making similar mistakes. He replies, sounding very impressed with himself for remembering, that I must remember not to 'write a line'. My blank face asked him to repeat what he said for him to confirm that yes, he did indeed say not to write a line. After several seconds of more blank expression, the penny drops. Bless him, he was correct - I must remember not to 'right align'. Totally my fault - he was being helpful but my brain wasn't quite in gear!!!

Having said this, the term should be 'justify' my text, but tutor's comment said right align!

Heehee this really made me chuckle!

Well if you have to justify it, clearly you are in the wrong job. And being told not to write a line. Might as well give up now!! LOL :)
