One important thing that you should remember is brain food. The brain food that is responsible for improving memory is..ah...ah...umm....As soon as I remember I will share this information.

Ah! yes, I remember now, fish. Fish and fish oil are great supplement for the brain. It's a pity I am not consuming more of these, hence I would have remembered.lol If you know anymore brain food please share them.
