The short story I recently sold, will be in the July 10th issue of The Weekly News.

The story's called Head Case - so if you'd like to read it, see if you can get an issue. It costs 85p, so not a fortune, and most newsagents will order it in.

As the writer, I get sent a complimentary copy, which is nice :)

That makes six stories they've bought from me now, and with the stories I've sold to other publications, I'm now into double figures.

So have some faith, it can be done - although with the amount of rejections I got when I first started subbing, I didn't think I'd sell one story let alone over ten, so I urge everyone to keep going, you will get there :)
